Paver Installation Update – June 2016

All Paver Orders placed by October 31, 2015, have been installed at the Carolina Field of Honor as of March 15, 2016.  All Orders received through May 31, 2016 are scheduled to be installed by the end of October 2016.  Please contact us if your Paver Order does not fit any of the categories noted above or you have not found or seen it installed at the Memorial.

Paver Information

The engraved Paver portion of the Carolina Field of Honor has been a huge success and does not appear to be slowing down, as evidenced by the fact the War Memorial Foundation continues to receive Paver orders two years after the dedication.  There are over 2,500 Pavers in place at the Memorial.

Paver order forms are available at the Memorial site, or Pavers may be ordered through the website at www.ncwmf.org/Donate.aspx.   Orders are processed in lots of 100 or more.  The actual installation may be several months from the date of order placement.  Installations will take place ahead of Memorial Day and Veteran’s Day.  Order cutoff dates will be October 31 and May 31 preceding these holiday dates.

If you have been unable to find the Paver you purchased we will assist you in locating it, or inform you about an anticipated installation date.  When you contact us please provide the name, branch of service and size of Paver (4×8, 8×8, etc.), date of purchase, amount paid and method of payment (check or credit card).   A web based Paver Locator for our web site is under construction and is being developed by a volunteer.  We anticipate it to be up and running soon; Army will be the first service branch that can be searched.

Your support shown to the Carolina Field of Honor is a tribute to the many men and women who have worn the uniform of our armed services from the time of the American Revolution up until today.   It truly is a fitting Memorial that will be with us for many years to come.
