The War Memorial Foundation/Carolina Field of Honor is seeking donations for a Memorial Plaque honoring a Triad native: Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient, Specialist 5 Lawrence Joel, US Army, to be placed at the Carolina Field of Honor.
